Is there really no per-user fee?
No. Add your whole crew — 2 people or 15 — and pay the same $19/month. We don't believe in punishing you for growing your team.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged $19. If you cancel before 14 days, you're never charged. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no retention calls. Cancel from your account settings in one tap.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. FieldFlow has built-in expense tracking, P&L reports, receipt capture, and mileage tracking. Most solo operators and small shops can drop QuickBooks entirely. If you want to keep it, we sync automatically.
What if I need help getting started?
Every account gets email support. We also have in-app guides and a getting-started checklist that walks you through setup in under 5 minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (the same platform Shopify, Lyft, and Amazon use). We never see or store your customers' credit card numbers. All data is encrypted.
